ALLIED SPECIALS
Blank Drop
A system developed for use with induction heat manufacturing. Blank drop stops the transfer mechanism from moving the cold wire blanks to the die reducing opportunity for damage to the tooling. The cold blanks simply drop into the chute until the desired heat level is achieved. Then the operator turns a selector switch to turn the transfer off. This highly effective system is contained inside the casting near the camshaft and has been installed on many National Headers. This also reduces the need of air pistons on the top of the casting and modifying the transfer head assembly.
OEM SPECIFICATIONS
Original blueprints and design specifications are utilized for each National Machinery machine serial number. OEM specs are only available for National Machinery brand equipment.
